Visa application
May you require a letter for your visa application to attend the conference, please read the following. You first need to register on CVENT (available soon). Do not forget to click on “Yes” when asked “Do you require a Visa Support Letter”. You will then be asked to send an email to ACM in order to receive your invitation letter.
GETTING HERE BY AIR
The main international airport in Stockholm, Stockholm-Arlanda Airport (IATA: ARN), serves both domestic and international flights and is located approximately 40 kilometers north of central Stockholm. Suggestions on how to get from Arlanda Airport to central Stockholm can be found further down on this webpage.
SAS connects Stockholm to several major air hubs in Europe and North America. Norwegian Airlines has some direct flights from Florida, California and New York with low prices.
Stockholm Bromma airport (IATA: BMA) is more central, but smaller and less well served outside of major European hubs
Various low-cost airlines (WIZZ AIR, NORWEGIAN) fly to Skavsta Airport (NYO), located approximately 100 kms south of Stockholm. The airport has a direct bus link into the city. The bus takes 80 minutes and costs SEK 199 for a single fare. More information at https://www.flixbus.se/

Stockholm time zone is the Central European Time (GMT + 2 hours).
Voltage and sockets vary from country to country, therefore an adapter and a transformer may be necessary: the standard domestic electricity supply in Sweden is single phase 220 volts, 50 Hz and uses the standard Type-C European plug.-
