Important Information for Presenters

All presenters at IMX 2025 are kindly asked to take the following points into consideration:

Slide format: Please use a widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio. We strongly encourage you to create an outstanding presentation, as this will contribute to the overall quality and spirit of the IMX community.

Poster format: Posters should be prepared in A0 size.

Presentation times:

  • Full Papers: 15-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A
  • Demos and Work-in-Progress Pitches: 1-minute presentation
Presenters are kindly requested to meet with their Session Chair 15 minutes before the session begins to test their presentation and ensure everything is ready. This will help avoid delays and ensure a smooth and successful session.
