The ACM International Conference on Interactive Experience for Media (ACM IMX, formerly the International Conference on Interactive Experiences for TV and Online Video) is the leading international conference for presentation and discussion of research into online video and TV interaction and user experience. The conference brings together international researchers and practitioners from a wide range of disciplines, ranging from human-computer interaction, multimedia engineering and design to media studies, VR/AR Technologies, media psychology, and sociology.
In 2022, the ninth edition of ACM IMX / TVX will be held in Aveiro, Portugal, June 22-24. Although it seems a young conference, it is indeed the continuation of the successful EuroITV conference editions, held since 2003 to 2013. In 2014, it became an ACM conference, opening new horizons outside Europe. The previous editions have been held in:
ACM IMX 2021: New York & Virtual (USA)
ACM IMX 2020: Barcelona (Spain)
ACM TVX 2019: Manchester (UK)
ACM TVX 2018: Seoul (South Korea)
ACM TVX 2017: Hilversum (The Netherlands)
ACM TVX 2016: Chicago (USA)
ACM TVX 2015: Brussels (Belgium)
ACM TVX 2014: Newcastle upon Tyne (UK)
Year by year, the IMX / TVX community has become larger and stronger. Indeed, the TVX transition to IMX in 2020 broadened its topics beyond interactive TV and online video, significantly growing the audience participating in the conference. We expect around 200 participants in 2022.
In this regard, companies and institutions have the unique opportunity to participate in the Sponsorship program to show their commitment to the community, get visibility and expand their networks and collaborators.
ACM IMX 2022 continues to offer new and exciting opportunities for sponsors. Benefits this year include publicity and professional development, as well as recruiting, networking and business development.
We are looking for sponsors and there are different levels that your company can support IMX 2022.
