Registration
- Each attendee must register separately.
- Each conference contribution must be covered by at least one unique full non-student conference registration. This is valid for Long and Short papers as well as IMX-in-Industry submissions. However, DC papers, Work in Progress, and Demo can be covered with a student registration.
To attend workshops, you must have a full conference registration or a workshop only registration to the workshop you wish to attend.
Workshop papers must also be covered by either a full conference registration, or by a full workshop only non-student registration to the specific workshop.
Deadline for author registration: May 10th, 2026
Special Rates for Individuals in Economically Developing Countries are offered for full conference registrations, considering the location of the institution.

Geographically Based Pricing
The ACM provides geographically based membership pricing, which is mirrored in ACM conferences. To become a member please follow this link: https://www.acm.org/membership/join
Members from the countries below are entitled to a discount of 75% for category I, and 60% for category H. This will be presented as an option to add a discount code shown on the final Payment page of the registration system for those registered in these countries.
