In particular, the primary focus will be on exploring and ideating new multimodal interaction and storytelling possibilities with and within immersive media environments, so as to maximize the potential benefits and revenues.<\/p>\n<p>Under the umbrella of cross-fertilization actions between key EU projects in this area, ISIM aims at bringing together worldwide enthusiastic academia and industry players, as well as end users and stakeholders, to discuss ideas, challenges, and opportunities in this domain, with a key focus on the added value to the consumers, and thus indirectly to industry players in this domain (content creators, content service providers, manufacturers, technologists\u2026) and thus to the worldwide society.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Keynote<\/b>:<\/strong> AI-assisted volumetric video by Aljosa Smolic (Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts)<\/p>\n<p><b>Topics of interest<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Topics of interest include (but are not limited to):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interactive and Immersive Media<\/li>\n<li>Storytelling<\/li>\n<li>Multimodal Experience<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid XR<\/li>\n<li>Quality of Exprience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Workshop Format<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The workshop will be an on-site event, co-located with ACM IMX 2026.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Type of submissions\/contributions that will be solicited:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Long papers (4-6 pages, excluding references).
