Once you have received your conditional acceptance notification, you must complete the necessary steps\u00a0 to prepare your final submission for publication. After authors get a conditional acceptance notification, they will receive an email with information about the ACM e-Rights process. After authors complete the ACM e-Rights form (to be completed before the \u201ce-rights completion deadline\u201d), they get an automated email with a link to the TAPS upload form. In parallel to completing e-rights, authors have to apply the changes requested by reviewers and format the paper according to the instructions in this document.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After the ACM e-Rights form is completed, the authors must perform an initial upload of the source files to TAPS as-soon-as-possible. This will allow some time for iterations if necessary. TAPS will generate PDF and HTML5 outputs from the source files and notify the authors via email if problems occur. The authors then need to check whether both versions have been rendered correctly. If not, the authors must fix errors and re-upload the sources to TAPS. They may request help from the TAPS support and Publication Chairs. Authors can iteratively upload revised source files to TAPS and work on the outputs until the Camera Ready Submission deadline on April 15, 2026<\/strong> (23:59 Anywhere on Earth<\/a><\/span>). If you want to revise your final outputs, click \u201creject\u201d and resubmit your source files.<\/p>

Keep in mind that each submission into TAPS can take up to a couple of days to be properly revised and give you the output (Camera-ready files or list of errors to correct). As such, please start the submission process early enough (one to two weeks seems appropriate) to serenely reiterate the submission process to TAPS if needed.\u00a0VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE AVOID STARTING THE TAPS SUBMISSION PROCESS AT THE LAST MINUTE<\/b>. Reserve enough time in case TAPS requires multiple iterations.<\/p>

In order to produce both an accessible XML\/HTML version of the paper, as well as an accessible PDF, authors need to:<\/p>

1) Add figure descriptions (alternative text) to all figures in their source files.<\/p>

AND<\/p>

2) Include THE SAME figure\/table descriptions that are provided in the source files also in PCS in the field “Accessibility of Figures \/Alternative Text for All Figures and Tables”.<\/p>

To add figure descriptions (alternative text) to figures in the source files<\/span>:<\/p>

For each image in your document, you can use the \\Description{…} tag to add an image description. For example:<\/p>

Note<\/strong>:
These figure descriptions are not automatically included in exported PDFs. However, it is necessary to include them in your source documents as they are automatically included in the final HTML version generated by the TAPS process.<\/p>

For point 2 (descriptions of figures in PCS): Authors are not required to add tags for accessibility to the PDF file from TAPS; an external provider will take the PDF files directly from TAPS, and tag the document based on the figure and table descriptions provided by the authors on PCS. All supplemental material (e.g., videos) has to be uploaded to PCS. This step needs to be completed in PCS before the \u201cCamera Ready Deadline\u201d. The Chairs will decide the final acceptance of the submission. After conditional acceptance notification, you will receive an email from the ACM e-Rights system to begin the publication process for your paper. You must complete the e-Rights form to progress to upload the source files to TAPS. The deadline to complete the e-Rights form is the 7th of April<\/strong>, but we recommend that you do this as soon as possible”.<\/p>
